Counselling and Psychotherapy Suffolk

You’re stuck with a problem and you’d like to deal with it? You’re not sure how? Counselling can help.

You may have a problem at home, at work or in a relationship. You may feel depressed or anxious without being able to pin down why, or be aware that your self-esteem is low.

In Person-centred Counselling the aim is to create a safe, caring and confidential environment in which you, the client, can feel able to recognise and confront your difficulties and find resources within yourself to help you develop ways to move on.

The counsellor will support and work alongside you, but never judge you. It is you who decides what you want to talk about and how you want to move forward; the sessions provide a place where you can be yourself and develop confidence.
