My classes are designed for beginners then gradually as you progress through the course I will include different variations to enhance your practice.
Classes last 1.5 hours and will include:
- Mantra chanting, Gentle warm-up,
- Asana practice, Relaxation,
- Pranayama and
Tuesday moring courses can be bought in blocks of 6 weeks at £72 or Individual/drop-in classes are priced at £14. A prepaid course of 6 weeks saves you £12

Tuesday morning classes run continuously throughout the year but can be joined at anytime.

Classes numbers are kept small, to a maximum of ten students to maintain a calm and peaceful environment.
