How to get your Mindfulness Meditation On Track
On this course we will explore areas of meeting ourselves
Grabby, grumpy, sleepy, jumpy and maybe hurting heart
also looking at mindfulness and psychological trauma.
Using meditation and Focussing.
Using the mindfulness attributes of kindness, curiosity,
non-judgement and patience.
