Mindfulness ‘follow up’ course
Starting Tuesday 5th September 2017 for three weeks
On this course we will explore areas of meeting ourselves
Grabby, grumpy, sleepy, jumpy and maybe hurting heart
also looking at mindfulness and psychological trauma.
Using the mindfulness attributes of kindness, curiosity
non judgement and patience.
3 weeks starting 5th 12th & 19th September 2017
