Mindfulness Monthly Meditation
7pm to 8pm on Tuesday 9th June via Zoom
Most of us have already tasted or had glimpses of this interconnectedness but may have not fully recognized that it was happening because we were so absorbed in the experience itself. Maybe a time you spent watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or out on a beautiful walk in nature. In such moments, most likely any sense of anxiety was gone and you had a sense that you were part of a big and beautiful universe.
every second Tuesday of the month
Starting again 14th January 2020 7pm to 8.15pm
The sessions are designed to support you if you have attended the
8 week mindfulness stress reduction course or an existing meditation practice as well as welcoming you if you are new to meditation.
Meditating within a group setting is often easier than individually at home.
Being present in each moment without judgement
