Chiropractor & Craniosacral Therapist
Paul uses a combination of chiropractic and craniosacral therapeutic techniques (which are more gentle) to achieve the best results possible for a broad range of conditions. A complete medical history and detailed physical examination are undertaken to reach a diagnostic conclusion before treatment is undertaken. In addition to treatment, postural advice and exercises are given where appropriate to aid rehabilitation.
He treats conditions such as back/neck/shoulder pain, sciatica, sports injuries, headache and migraine. In addition to these conditions he has experience in treating vertigo, head injuries, jaw problems, breathing disorders such as asthma, some digestive disorders, pelvic problems, poor circulation to arms and legs, MS, ME, low energy etc.
Pregnancy and birth issues are another area where Paul has experience. He is able to help with the many physical problems faced by expectant mothers both pre and post birth. Children and babies respond well to craniosacral therapy. For babies, the trauma of birth, can instigate a lot of problems such as colic, eczema, glue ear, sleeping difficulties, restleness, poor resistance to colds and infections, excessive crying.

Chiropractic is a hands on approach to pain relief and wellness by removing irritations to the nervous system caused by spinal and/or muscular dysfunction. In some cases adjustments may be by manipulation however more gentle approachs are possible. Chiropractic is suitable for people of all ages.
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle therapy and has become widely known as the therapy of choice for babies and young children as well as adults. Parents are increasingly turning to craniosacral therapy for treatment for their children with conditions like those already mentioned as well as other issues that become obvious later on in life such as dyslexia and learning difficulties, dyspraxia, hyperactivity, low energy, constant illness, temper tantrums and emotional problems.
