Qigong -the art & science of energy cultivation
Qigong/chi kung offers a process for optimising physical and mental health. By practising mindful meditative movements as directed, mind and body begin to communicate and self-regulate. Acquired habits and traumas are gradually released and we start to function at our best once more.
Qigong is a practise of energy cultivation that transforms our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of being. Classes involve gentle exercises opening joints and energy gates, challenging static and moving postures, meditations, and spontaneous movement. As we each work to our own ability, classes are suitable for all levels of health and fitness. Chair work is available.
