You receive shiatsu fully clothed either on a comfortable floor mat or sitting in a chair. It is a form of hands-on bodywork performed according to the needs of the individual client.  Treatment includes diagnosis and the appropriate application of a range of techniques including; gentle stretches for opening joints, deep massage techniques and the use of acupressure to bring about relief from all kinds of symptoms, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Cindy uses her combined training in advanced Zen shiatsu, Thai massage and Chi healing to accurately and appropriately adjust physical and emotional imbalances held in the body. Cindy’s clients report sustained success with a range of health issues including stroke after care, frozen shoulder, IBS, neck pain and chronic anxiety.
