Sunday 30th June 2019 10.00am -2.00pm Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training cultivates the skills of self-compassion to enable you to respond to difficult moments in your life with kindness, care and understanding. MSC is based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.
3 weeks starting Tuesday 3rd July 2018 7 to 9pm £50. Using the mindfulness attributes of kindness, curiosity non judgement and patience.
Saturday 8th July 2017 10.00am to 2.00pm Vanessa Murphy Kindness opens our hearts to suffering, so we can give ourselves what we need. Common humanity opens us to others, so that we know we aren't alone. Mindfulness opens us to the present moment, so we can accept our experience with greater ease. Together they comprise a state of warm, connected, presence during difficult moments in our lives.

every second Tuesday of the month Vanessa Murphy The sessions are designed to welcoming you if you are new to meditation as well as support you if you have attended the 8 week mindfulness stress reduction course or an existing meditation practice.
Saturday 25th March 2017 10.30am to 3.00pm £35.00 with Vanessa Murphy Meditating within a group setting is often easier than individually at home.

Next course starting Tuesday 24th Sept 2019 7 to 9pm. The 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reducton Course was developed 35 years ago for people suffering from stress and stress related problems at one America’s leading hospitals. It is currently being introduced into the NHS, into schools and the Houses of Parliament.
