“I feel very fortunate that my work has also been part of my own   journey of self-development and healing. Originally I trained as a  Beauty Therapist and enjoyed the variety of ways, which I could help my clients look and feel better. That was thirty years ago and since  then I have trained in many different disciplines.

I offer a variety of treatments and health programmes that  include Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Healing Massage, and Dr Hauschka  Holistic Treatments and Skin-care. My own interest and regular  practice of Meditation led me to India where I have been fortunate  enough to study Yoga and Ayurveda with some of the leading doctors  and teachers. Ayurveda and Yoga come from the same family of Vedic  Science’s, incorporating Natural Healing, Preventative Medicine and  Spiritual Practice. Everyone can improve their health and quality of life by incorporating aspects of these two great disciplines. And  that first step is through Self- knowledge. Ayurveda and Yoga show  the path to complete health, happiness and peace, is achieved through  natural balance and harmony.
