to advise of any alterations to bookings, or to keep clients abreast of events taking place at The Harmony Centre if they have opted-in. It is possible to opt out at anytime on the email newsletter.
We also use the information of where they heard about us anonymously in house to see where our advertising works best.
Retention Periods
We only hold contact details and only use them to contact people to re-arrange appointments. Therefore, there is no compromising information.

We only hold contact details. Questionnaire can be given or photocopied.

Information is received from clients by consent of client. There is no requirement to give this information for treatment.

Consent is freely given and not a prerequisite for treatment. Our forms are clear and concise making it easy to understand.

All data is kept in house, not accessible through the internet and passworded to get onto the computer. No one has access to it except the properly vetted staff.
