When you come for a treatment, please ensure that you are comfortably dressed, wearing a cotton neck-free top. Unless specifically requested, I will not be using oils.

It is best not to drink strong stimulants, such as tea and coffee, immediately before a treatment.

Allow time to relax after your treatment also; don’t plan to rush straight back to the office for a busy meeting!  Avoid drinking alcohol after a treatment…stick with fresh water.
