Wednesday mornings with Kim Harkett Advanced, Intermediate and Beginners
Pilates Classes are based on modern or Modified pilates and are designed for beginner, improver, intermediate and advanced levels.
Pilates focuses on developing and maintaining core muscle fitness and strength through safe and effective exercise routines.
Pilates classes run on a course basis allowing us to get to know everyone in the group personally and adapt exercises or introduce additional exercises as required.
Kim Harkett Is a very experienced instructor having taught exercise for many years .She joined Orchid Fitness in 2016.Kim and Nikki have been teaching and working together for over 25 years.They first met when working at Stradbroke Pool and both have a wealth of experience in the leisure industry. Kim has built a strong reputation for providing high quality Pilates classes . She has experience teaching all ability levels .
