Monthly Meditation

Mindfulness Monthly  Meditation 7pm to 8pm  on Tuesday 9th June via Zoom When things are back to normal it will be every second Tuesday of the month starting. Vanessa Murphy The sessions are designed to welcoming you if you are new to meditation as well as support you if you have attended the 8 week mindfulness stress reduction course or an existing meditation practice.
